Food and wine lovers visiting Victoria can’t resist the allure of the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges, and for good reason.

Our private tasting tour is tailored to your group and the age of your little travellers, as well as individual preferences – we will suggest an itinerary for the day that ensures you get to see (and taste!) the best of what this delectable region has to offer.

We’ll show you the finest and freshest fruit, cheese, chocolate and more, and help you wash it all down with Victoria’s finest wines, beers and ciders.

We can introduce you to small, family-run, boutique producers, including visiting the wineries that have bags of rustic charm, as well as take you to see some of the exciting, more modern operators – just let us know any preferred destinations at the time of booking.

Must dos on this tour include the picturesque and fruity, Rayners Orchard where you can take a guided tractor tour of the 40+ acres, picking your own fruit to taste along the way. The kids absolutely love this stop on our tour. After lunch and tastings at a beautiful winery in the Yarra Valley we head to the Yarra Valley Dairy to taste some amazing cheeses and then indulge in some chocolate at the Chocolaterie (again, a big hit for the kids and the big kids with a sweet tooth!).

Here what our customers have to say about this tour:

My parents and I had a great time exploring Melbourne with the company of James and Bruce. The tours were very personalized with interesting places that the usual tour groups would not visit. We had an enjoyable and comfortable time on the tours.

– Melissa and family, Singapore

James organised a wonderful day for my husband’s birthday. With a group of friends and kids ranging in age from 1-8 we had a lot of fun exploring the Yarra Valley. The fruit picking and tractor ride were a real highlight for the kids and lunch was beautiful food catering for a range of needs, and very enjoyed by the kids. James knew a lot about the wineries and chose some beautiful and unique spots. He was very flexible and it made for a fabulous day enjoyed by everyone.

– Sarah-Jayne, family & pals, Melbourne
